The objective of this school is to develop competent leaders and managers. School of Aviation Management not only provides training and development initiatives pertaining to Aviation Management activities but at the same time manages the trainings of corporate and support functions of the Regulatory and Service provider functions of civil aviation. This includes common and specialty-wise management development programs at junior management, middle management and senior management levels, promotion-related courses, soft skills programs, trainings for corporate functions of Human Resource, Administration, Finance / Accounts, Safety, Security, Quality & Environmental Management, trainings for support functions such as Information Technology, Logistics, Legal Services, medical services, etc.

The School of Regulatory Services / Functions is dedicated to building the capacity of trainees by enhancing their professional competencies in all areas of regulatory and oversight functions. The school offers specialized training on ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), national and operating regulations, as well as air transport and economic regulations.
As newly established, the School is designed to meet the training requirements of regulatory and oversight functions while also extending its benefits to other related domains across the aviation sector.
